Pretty Good Day

Shake for bfast
soup for lunch
Small Apple
2 pieces of WW candy (1 point each)
Small Salad with walnuts, craisins, red onions and a red wine vinegrette Raspberry walnut flavored I think. It was so good, Eva made it. I resisted hamburgers for dinner!! YAY ME!!!
Lean cuisine for dinner
Popcorn for snack.

I was also on the treadmill for 23 minutes before it blew the breaker. ha ha.

I also drank a lot of water today.


Tomorrow is my workout day. yay.
