I haven't been doing very well on my diet lately. But I do recognize what i did wrong, which is good because atleast I am learning. I haven't been planning my meals, I have been stressed about a change in work and a new work opportunity. I have to get back on track. Val has been a HUGE inspiration, she convinced me to go on a walk with her on Saturday at Clearwater Beach. The beach was beautiful, the walk was brutal. We walked for 3 and a half hours straight, barefoot, on the beach. It was okay on the way down, but on the way back we ran out of water and I was sure i would die and be eaten by the seagulls. (they are ruthless btw). NEway, we made it back (obviously). My feet still feel like swollen blood sacs, and my calves are tight.
I am still planning my day, and I am going for a walk in a few.
