Actually....

This is what I actually ate today:

Breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast with 2% milk and 1 Banana
Lunch: Chicken patty with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and tomatoes
Medium Pumpkin Latte (light) with 1 slice of reduced fat crumb cake strawberry : )
1 piece of chocolate
1/2 bagel with reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 peanut butter sandwich & 1 cup of milk
Dinner (later): lean Cuisine (beef and mac) with 1 cup steamed broccoli
Snack (later): yogurt and grapes.

Will be taking a walk after dinner..
