Ugh. That's what I feel like. I did okay on the diet today, I am just really run down. It's the lady time you see. Makes me feel like a pile of doo doo. But, i worked out yesterday and I will work out tomorrow as well.
I liked Val's rules, so I am going to incorporate them into my daily life. I like the one about no TV. It's a killa!!

I love you. Yeah I hear you about being run down I am sooo tired I just want to crash... Trying to follow all my daily rules is going to be hard... but the important thing is I am making lots of progress!! :-) right?? will blog in a minute.
