I am Emily am this is my lame blog for today. I did not weigh in but I will tomorrow. I am in such a blah turdy mood I really don't have anything good to say, except that I did work out today. YAY for me!!!
I did:
12 Squats with medicine ball
12 Lying shoulder pullover
12 Seated row
12 Bench press
12 Standing Bicep
12 Seated shoulder press
12 Crunches
It took about 15 minutes.
